The TPS Airhead® was designed to provide ValVario® users with a low-cost, no-hassle solution for the adjustment of combustion air. Used to be, you’d have to pipe a physical bypass in order to install a flow control valve. Not anymore.
The Airhead is ideal for Kromschröder customers who need to supply a fixed amount of combustion air to a burner on their pulse-fire system. The simplicity of the Airhead® allows one or two technicians to install a dozen or more in less than half the time it would take such a crew to pipe a physical bypass. And, since it can be installed on the front or back, facing the left or right, adjusting the airflow is a breeze.
We suggest you use the Airhead on pulse-fire applications with direct or indirect burners and capacities of up to 500,000 btus. Keep it in mind while planning new projects to reduce your install cost. The Airhead gives you the ability to adapt and adjust to changing needs, allowing you to unlock and re-fix the airflow within seconds. So, whether you use Kromschröder’s Valvario valves on your Pulse-Fire projects or simply distribute them, chances are you have a customer with a problem that only and Airhead can handle.
